Good evening everyone.  Eric has continued to show remarkable strength and progress these last 18 hours.  The medical staff once again stated that he is doing “good” and with “no setbacks”.  We know that “good” and “no setbacks” may be a bit repetitive in these updates, but understand that in the context of the injury he received, it is simply incredible.  Many of us know Eric to be a physically strong man, but his mental strength and his personal discipline is equally resilient.  This really speaks to how well he has weathered this storm.

Additionally, there have been hundreds of messages inquiring about how to help Eric and his family.  To date we have mobilized a small number of family and friends to handle initial needs.  With time more assistance will be needed and we will provide a way for all to get involved.

Eric, Alicia, and Harper have just embarked on a very long road to recovery and are in the midst of trying to process it all.  Although Alicia and family have not requested donations, they understand that people can and will donate money to help Eric.  In order to ensure donations are properly routed to Eric we have created a GoFundMe site.
