Today brought a special reunion for an amazing, brave and strong little girl.
Harper was reunited with her daddy for the first time since the accident. Alicia remarked "I feel like we are complete again". It was a sweet, tender and emotional moment in an already eventful journey. Harper has incredible role models in her parents and extended family. Drawing on their strength, Harper has displayed courage and bravery through it all.
Rehab continues to progress well. Eric is slowly being introduced solids and liquids into his diet, relying less and less on his PEG line. Another positive development was the removal of his trach.
For all those sporting a mustache in support of Eric, we have an update .....It was shaven off....much to the delight of Alicia's mom......and probably a few others smile emoticon
